TELEGRAM CRASHED
Reports of problems with Telegram began to arrive at 15:49 Moscow time. At 4:18 pm, the service recorded 23,000 error reports. In 90% of cases, people cannot connect to Telegram. Others complain about the inability to send a message.
Most of the messenger users who left a complaint could not connect to the application or send a message to the interlocutor. The failure occurred in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Italy, Spain, Great Britain and other countries. By 4:17 pm Moscow time, the number of complaints exceeded 17 thousand.
This is the second failure in the messenger in a day. Users complained about problems with Telegram this morning. Then 86% of those who sent the report said they could not connect to the service, and the rest – to send a message.
Telegram on Twitter confirmed the outage and noted that it mainly affected users from Europe and the Middle East. The messenger apologized and said that he was working on the restoration of work.
