“The Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Aleksandrovich Kolokoltsev made a decision to create a cyberpolice,” Zubov said. He stressed that the implementation of this project will take a lot of time.
He emphasized that the overall crime rate in the country remained at the same level, however. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of cybercrimes increased.
